The hotel had a couple of good things. the rooms were pretty clean, which is always a plus. it was located right in the heart of the town, which made it easy to get around and explore. the hotel had a sauna which was nice to use during the chilly winter nights.
This hotel was not a great experience. We stayed over New Year's and we were disappointed to find out that the hotel itself did not have any special events or celebrations planned.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Vinkovci and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met during my stay. In fact, their customer service was even better than some of the higher ranked hotels I have stayed in before. Secondly, although the rooms weren't the most modern, they exuded a charm of traditional times gone by. They were also impeccably clean, which is always a plus. Lastly, the hotel's location in the city center was perfect for exploring the area. It was convenient and made it easy for me to get around town. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vinkovci, whether it be for business or pleasure.
The only downside during my stay was that the heating system in my room was set to an extremely high temperature, making the room uncomfortably hot and dry.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, right in the heart of the city. The breakfast provided a variety of options that were appetizing.
The room and bathroom were cramped. The bed was uncomfortable.

The hotel's location is conveniently situated in the center of the town, with a few restaurants nearby. the breakfast is quite good with fresh options available. the rooms are clean and neat, and the beds are comfortable enough to have a good night's sleep.
The hotel facilities are quite dated, with broken switches, lamps that are difficult to operate, and an elevator that is small and outdated.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the city center and had a great experience. the staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate any request. They even provided me with a complimentary toothbrush when I forgot mine. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely gesture of giving guests a hotel t-shirt as a parting gift. This attention to detail and thoughtfulness really made me feel welcomed.
